Alice (Tootsie) Henderson Wilson, age 85, of Blount County, passed away on February 28, 2026. Born on May 9, 1940, she was the daughter of Ernest and Nellie Henderson and sister to Richard, William, and Lincoln Henderson, all of whom preceded her in death.
Tootsie shared 64 devoted years with her husband, Jerry Wilson. She was the loving mother of sons Mike (Tammy) Wilson and Darryl (Erie) Wilson, and daughter Hilda Connatser. She cherished her five grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren, as well as her brother James (Charlotte) Henderson and many nieces, nephews, and friends. Her family held special appreciation for the care shown by niece Sandra Morgan and nephew Richard Henderson.
Tootsie lived a life deeply rooted in family and faith, leaving behind a legacy of love that will continue through those she held dear.
