It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Alexander DeGidio of Cranberry Township, Pennsylvania, who passed away on March 6, 2026, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. As Alexander departs from our midst, his spirit ascends to join the cosmic dance of stars, a shimmering constellation of memories that will forever grace the night sky of the hearts of those who loved Alexander. Though Alexander may no longer walk beside us, his legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Norman DeGidio, Sr. and Alda Ticcone DeGidio. He is survived by: his daughters, Jaime DeGidio, Kristen DeGidio (Jeff Scrim), Alexis DeGidio (C. J. Landolfi), Megan Flickner (Bob) and Dena DeGidio; and his brother Norman DeGidio, Jr.. He is also survived by seven grandchildren.

A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Monday, March 16th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the St. Vitus Church (910 S Mercer St, New Castle, PA 16101).
