Alessandra "Dina" Labbadia

Alessandra “Dina” (Antogiovanni) Labbadia, 91, of Middletown, beloved wife of Vincenzo Labbadia, passed away peacefully at her home on Saturday, March 7, 2026.She was born in Lenola, Italy, the daughter of the late Valentino and Assunta Antogiovanni. She immigrated to the United States with her family in 1970 and made Middletown her home. Prior to her retirement, Alessandra was employed by Pierson Nursery and later by Rogers Manufacturing. Alessandra took great pride in her gardening and found her greatest joy in cooking and sharing meals with her family.In addition to her devoted husband of 69 years, she is survived by her beloved son, Sandro Labbadia of Middletown; her three grandchildren, Michael Parks, Jr. (Amanda), Holly Aresco (Daniel), and Mark Labbadia (Jourdan); and her treasured great-granddaughter, Giovanna, sister-in-law Virginia (Marino) Labbadia of Middletown (wife of late Rocco Labbadia), brother-in-law Paolo Antogiovanni of Middletown (husband of late Evelina Antogiovanni), Rosario DiMauro of Middletown (husband of late Maria DiMauro); sister-in-law, Marie and brother-in-law Robert Woike of Cromwell; She is also survived by many siblings and extended family members in Italy.She was predeceased by her daughter, Giovanna “Joanne” (Labbadia) Parks, whom she loved deeply and missed every day until the time of her passing and her son-in-law, Michael Parks, Sr. Her Funeral Liturgy will be held on Saturday (March 14th) at 11 a.m. at St. Sebastian Church, Middletown.
