Albert Louis Zanella Jr.

Albert Louis Zanella Jr., 72, of Butler, passed away on Monday, March 9, 2026, at Butler Memorial Hospital. Born on September 28, 1953, in Butler, he was the son of the late Albert Louis Zanella Sr. and Mary (Stokes) Zanella.

A longtime member of All Saints Parish at St. Michael the Archangel Church, Albert worked as an accountant for many years and also at the Runway Restaurant. He found joy in playing bingo and, above all, in the company of his family. Those who knew him remember him as a devoted and loving father and grandfather.

He is survived by his daughter, Amber Zanella, with whom he made his home; his grandchildren, Bowen and Vincent Zanella, Emilie Picard, and Blake Gregio-Zanella; his sister, Amy Zanella of Butler; his brother, Michael Zanella of Butler; and his nephew, Steve Zanella of Pittsburgh. He was preceded in death by his wife, Mary Mae (Grippo) Zanella, in addition to his parents.
