Albert Zanella ObituaryObituary published on Legacy.com by Young Funeral Home - Butler on Mar. 10, 2026.Albert Louis Zanella, Jr., 72, of Butler, passed away Monday, March 9, 2026, at Butler Memorial Hospital.He was born September 28, 1953, in Butler, the son of the late Albert Louis Zanella, Sr. and Mary (Stokes) Zanella.He was a member of All Saints Parish - St. Michael the Archangel Church. Albert had been an accountant for several years and had also worked at the Runway Restaurant. He enjoyed playing bingo and spending time with his family. He was an amazing father and grandfather.Surviving are his daughter, Amber Zanella, with whom he made his home; grandchildren, Bowen and Vincent Zanella, Emily Picard, and Blake Gregio-Zanella; a sister, Amy Zanella of Butler; a brother, Michael Zanella of Butler; and a nephew, Steve Zanella of Pittsburgh.In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Mary Mae (Grippo) Zanella.Friends will be received at Young Funeral Home, Ltd., 127 W. Jefferson St., Butler, on Friday, March 13, 2026, from 2 PM until the time of a Blessing Service at 6 PM.Private interment.To plant trees in memory, please visit the Sympathy Store.
