Alan Craig Archer

Alan Craig Archer of Milton, Florida, passed away peacefully at home on March 10, 2026, at the age of 73. Born on June 8, 1952, in Barre, Vermont, to Richard and Beth Archer, Alan showed an early fascination with mechanical things. As a young man he could often be found driving the back roads of rural Vermont in a pieced-together car he affectionately called his “doodlebug,” which he had purchased for five dollars.

In 1972, Alan married his high school sweetheart, Brenda, and remained deeply devoted to her for the next 54 years. He was a faithful Christian who loved God, readily shared his faith with others, and stayed active in his church. His legacy of faith and service continues to inspire those who knew him.

Alan is survived by his wife Brenda; three children; two grandchildren; and a younger sister and brother.
