She was the daughter of the late Gordon and Altia (MacKinnon) Russell.Adrienne was born in Norwood, MA on September 24, 1935 and was a graduate of Foxborough High School, Class of 1953. She earned her LPN Certificate from the Pondville Hospital School of Nursing in Norfolk in 1973. She was a resident of Norwood prior to her move to the Pond Home in Wrentham.During her nursing career she was employed by Dr. Reichard, Dr. Chabbot, Dr. Messineo as well as employment at the Ellis Nursing Home in Norwood and the Doolittle Home in Foxborough. She was a former member of the Women's Committee in Norwood and a guide for the Pioneer Girls at the First Baptist Church in Foxborough.Beloved wife of the late Romen "Roy" J. Ciapciak. Loving mother of Ronald S. Foster and his wife Jeanne of Foxborough, James A. Foster and his wife Margery of Elliott, ME, Lisa Ciapciak and her companion Dale Harlow of Newark, VT, James Ciapciak and his wife Kerry of Walpole and the late Johnny Foster and Stephen Ciapciak. Sister of the late Audrey Russell Roberts. Cherished aunt of Margaret Williams and Beth Roberts. Also survived by many loving grandchildren and great grandchildren.Funeral services will be private.To plant trees in memory, please visit the Sympathy Store.
