Adelina Nersesyan

Adelina Nersesyan passed away at the age of ninety-five after a long struggle with anxiety, depression, blindness, and cardiac asthma, just one month before her ninety-sixth birthday. Her family remained by her side, doing everything possible to support and prolong her life, yet a series of falls, culminating in a severe head injury, ultimately led to her passing.

A PhD in medical sciences and a professor at a pedagogical institute, Adelina was known for her cheerful and sociable nature. She had a deep love for travel, music, and art, and remained an avid reader of literature throughout her life. In her later years she felt profound sadness at the loss of so many peers and close relatives, which weighed heavily on her health and spirit.

She will be remembered as a loving mother and grandmother, a loyal friend, and a steadfast source of strength for all who knew her. Her warmth and resilience continue to live on in the hearts of her family.
