He was predeceased by: his sister Martha Rebecca Davis of Perry, GA; and his parents, Lela Mae Hill and Addis J. Hill of Chattahoochee. He is survived by: his wife Marcia Farr Hill; his daughter Laura Holloway (Joseph); his granddaughter Addison of Asheville, NC; his son Mark Hudson Hill (Jamie); his grandchildren, Hudson and Mackenzie of Jacksonville, FL.; his sisters, Jean Lawrence (James) and Carol Moorefield (Richard) of Columbus, GA; and his cousins, North of Florida and South of Georgia. He is also survived by nieces, nephews.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, March 14th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Bevis Funeral Home (200 John Knox Rd, Tallahassee, FL 32303). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, March 14th 2026 at 3:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Sunday, March 15th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Dykes Cemetery (7479 Dykes Cemetery Rd, Sneads, FL 32460).
