Adam Nix Blanchard, Jr.

Adam Nix Blanchard, Jr., known affectionately as Nicky, passed away on Monday, March 9, 2026.

He is survived by his siblings Stella (Terry) and Misty (Larry); two nieces, Celeste (Luman) and Kristie; one nephew and godchild, Jared (Merisa); two bonus nephews, Chad (Kristi) and Ben (Amy); along with twenty cherished great and grand nieces and nephews.

Nicky was preceded in death by his parents, Adam Sr. and Theresa L. Blanchard; his brother, Gregory A. Blanchard; his grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Claude Blanchard and Mr. and Mrs. Ovide LeBlanc; and his godparents, Roland LeBlanc Sr. and Faustine LeBlanc.

Throughout his life, Nicky found joy in fishing, hunting, gardening, dancing, playing cards, good food, the casino, Saints football, and time spent with his father and family. Above all, he cherished his mother.
