He was the beloved son of the late Jose Castañeda and Guadalupe Castañeda. Abel was a cherished brother to Raquel, Velia (Jaime), Gregoria (the late Cecilio), Rosa (the late Vicente), Juan (Ana), Leonardo (Jenny), Patricia, Julieta (Juan Felipe), Rosendo (Oralia), and Rosario (Joel).
He was a loving uncle to many nieces and nephews who will remember his warmth and kindness.
Abel will be deeply missed by his family and all those whose lives he touched.
